Currently employing 20 staff, NWA is able to deliver buildings of exceptional quality in both design and construction detailing.
From its Hertfordshire base, the practice has completed a variety of projects ranging in value from £750,000 to £250 million throughout the UK, Europe and Asia. NWA is run as a PLC and holds PI cover to the value of £10 Million.
Since 2002 NWA has successfully achieved planning consent for 18 schemes on a variety of sites worldwide, many of which have involved the resolution of complex planning issues. From warehouse conversions to large new build data centre and office schemes on brown field sites, the practice has designed and obtained planning consent for in excess of 350,000m² of data centre space.
