Practice Relocates July 2011
In July 2011 the practice relocated to the Old Dairy, Redbourn, Hertfordshire as we outgrew our existing premises. The office is only a 20 minute train journey to the centre of London; which allows us to continue to serve our co-corporate city based clients from a pleasant rural location in Hertfordshire.

Singapore office opens 2011
May 2011 saw the opening of the Singapore office to serve the needs of some of our corporate clients throughout Asia. The office is located in the Central Business District and is headed by Rekyan Davis who relocated from the UK earlier in the year to resource current Data Centre projects and develop business in the Office Fit Out and Hotel Sectors. The Practice currently employs three professional staff with the intention of the growing the practice to ten by the end of 2011.

Redhill Data Centre Completion
2011 has seen the completion of the sixth and final phase of the Redhill Data Centre for Digital Realty Trust. The project has been built over a five year period with a phased approach. Nicholas Webb Architects acted as lead consultant working with Arup and Cundall as structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. DVB Bank Fit Out, Park House, Finsbury Circus, London In February DVB Bank occupied their new premises on the 6th floor of the newly refurbished Park House Office in Finsbury Circus.22,000 sq feet of office space was created behind the retained façade. The project completed on time provided top quality office space which included open plan and cellular offices, a hierarchy of flexible meeting space together with canteen break out and touchdown spaces.
